It is agreed that should an emergency church related need arise on the above scheduled date, the church  function will be accommodated.  Every attempt will be made to  reschedule this event to the satisfaction of the concerned parties.

In addition, the “User” hereby indemnifies and agrees to save and keep the First Presbyterian Church of  Springfield, Pa. harmless of and from any loss, damage, liability costs, claims or charges whatsoever arising as a result of any claim for damage to property,
or injury to person, from, during or because of the use of any equipment and/or premises.

Instructions:

  1. Only required  facilities be activated (heat turned on, lighting, doors opened, etc.
  2. Maintain  function within arranged facilities.
  3. Return all  property to its assigned area.
  4. Reduce all  thermostats to 60o reading.
  5. Shut and lock  all windows.
  6. Turn off all  lights.
  7. Shut and lock  all doors.
  8. Report all lost  or damaged equipment to Sexton or Chairman House and Grounds Commission.

 

Kitchen

  1. Utilize only  equipment required for the function.
  2. Use of  dishwasher under direction of sexton.
  3. Clean up stove  and return to original condition.
  4. Wash and store  in proper location all china and serving equipment.
  5. Clean up  kitchen and return to original order.
  6. Replace all  paper products that are used (cups, dishes, napkins, etc.)
  7. Wash and dry  all used linens.
  8. Turn down  thermostat.
  9. Shut and lock  doors and windows, turn off lights.
  10. Place trash and  garbage in heavy duty bags – do not overload bags.

 Currently standard fees will be $15/hour minimum 4 hours.  Sexton and/or responsible  church member is required to be on hand.
Minimum fee for Sexton will be $100.00 (4 hours) when required.
